Everything is Transient

The phrase “Everything is transient” will likely be inscribed on my tombstone. This philosophy is central to my life and has helped me navigate through both horrific and incredibly wonderful times. To me, it represents a consistent truth that is filled with hope.

I see people from all walks of life in my clinics, each carrying a vast array of experiences. Every individual has a unique story, often expressed through their body—whether it’s through pain, hormonal imbalances, poor sleep, or confusion about what they are experiencing. My belief in the transience of all things is crucial in helping my clients understand that change is possible and that they do not have to feel stuck in any particular state.

As my clients begin to embrace the idea of change, we explore various approaches and techniques that I can offer, identifying those that will best help them achieve their goals.
